MY EXPERIENCE

 I have been in the real estate / land management business for over 40 years in the Austin / Lake Travis Area!

After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin (PLM/BBA) in 1979, I fell in love with Lake Travis, Lake Austin and the Texas Hill Country.

I spend several years at Amoco Production Company (BP) as a Senior Land Negotiator. After graduating Amoco's Executive Master's Program, Rockland was formed in 1983.

Rockland discovered two major oil and gas fields in Texas such as SW Speaks Deep Willcox in Lavaca County, Texas and Leon County's Alabama Ferry Field. All of  these fields are huge success, produce and operate today.

Rocky Navarro has sold over $100 Million of REAL ESTATE including homes and commercial since licensed by TREC in 1976. We have constructed numerous new "courtyard-style" custom homes in the Lake Travis and the Austin area!

As a Real Estate Developer, I have developed millions of dollars of projects which includes Rocky Point on Lake Travis, an exclusive water front development.

As a broker with 35 years of experience in real estate brokerage, sales, construction & development, I know how to find you the right commercial site, home, Lake Travis lot, Hill Country lot, architect, builder or engineer.

That said, in my experience as a Lake Travis real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
